DELIVERY POLICY
At The Farmer's Best Friend, we offer reliable delivery to ensure that your pet meals arrive at your doorstep safely. Our shipping costs are $8 for orders below $80 islandwide, except for Tuas and Sentosa at $15 for orders below $80.
We take great pride in ensuring your orders arriving in perfect condition.
Our items are delivered using Cold Chain Logistics. Due to the nature of operations, drivers are unable to wait for busy hoo-mans to return home. We advise for all our loving pet owners to leave a cooler box at the door should you not be available to receive the products at the time of delivery. Our company is not responsible for thawed products after shipment to door.
