DELIVERY POLICY

At The Farmer's Best Friend, we offer reliable delivery to ensure that your pet meals arrive at your doorstep safely. First time orders are eligible for free shipping with code FIRSTORDER. Our shipping costs are $8 for orders below $80 island-wide.

 

Due to the nature of operations, drivers are unable to wait for busy hoo-mans to return home. Our team will bring the doorbell twice. Although our items are delivered in cooler bags, we advise for all loving pet owners to leave a cooler box with ice at the door should you expect to be busy out making money for your best four legged friend to live their best lives possible. Our company is not responsible for thawed products after shipment to door.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of the product, our company does not allow for refunds or exchanges, unless for specific reasons detailed in our terms and conditions. If you have any concerns before ordering our product for your best friend, please do not hesitate to set up a private QNA with our in house veterinarian Dr Edgar Tan. We also encourage for you to order a trial box before subscription if you're still worried.​
